Our new MasterCard commercial re-launches World Card, the credit card that earns you rewards. The film focuses on Neville, an average World Card user, as he makes an innocent trip to the supermarket. During what appears to be an average day, we see the scale of MasterCard’s gratitude suddenly unleashed with wildly theatrical consequences. Oh yeah, the dog driving the toy car is for real.
And you may want to start back-combing your hair in preparation for the re-release of an 80s classic!

Genius.
The ad works because it acknowledges that the Priceless campaign has reached cult status, and you can make fun of it while maintaining it’s integrity.
